TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • A consultation is required for all hair colouring services.

  • A skin test is required at least 48 hours prior to all hair colour services and eye treatments.

  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposit requirements and cancellation terms are outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details regarding notice periods, deposits and cancellation charges.

  • Please note that the salon is closed on Wednesdays. Voicemails and online cancellations can still be made outside opening hours.

  • If you are running late, we will always do our best to accommodate you, however we may need to shorten or amend your service to avoid delaying other clients.

  • Cheques are not accepted.

  • Offers and promotions may be amended or withdrawn at any time and are subject to management discretion.

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, medications or changes to your health prior to your appointment, as this may affect the suitability of certain treatments.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • NHS staff receive 10% discount across all treatments with valid NHS identification.

  • When booking online, please ensure you select the correct salon location before confirming your appointment. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect bookings made by clients.

  • When completing online consultation forms or patch test questions, all information provided must be accurate and truthful. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled.

  • Hair colouring services cannot be carried out on anyone under the age of 16. Clients aged 16–17 receiving colour services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatments where we believe it is unsafe, unsuitable or not in the client’s best interests.
