CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS
We will always do our best not to cancel or rearrange your appointments and to run to time. We really appreciate you doing the same.
We want to be open with you: when a client doesn't turn up or cancels at the last minute, our costs don't stop. The electricity, insurance, staff wages and everything else still need to be covered. We genuinely hate having to enforce a cancellation policy, but we do need to protect our time and our team, and we hope you understand.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel an appointment. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service or treatment will be charged.
We will take your deposit at the time of booking. It is very difficult to fill appointments at short notice, but if we do manage to fill your slot, we will not charge you a cancellation fee.
If you need to cancel, please give us a call or use our online booking system. We also have a voicemail for messages left out of hours. Please be aware that the salon is closed on Wednesdays.
If you are unable to make your appointment, you are also welcome to gift it to a friend or family member. Just let us know in advance.
PAYMENT DETAILS (we do not store your card details)
Before we take your deposit, we will confirm:
The service or treatment you have booked
The total price (including any taxes), or how the price will be calculated if an exact price cannot be given
The time and date of your appointment
DEPOSITS
A deposit of 50% of the cost of your service or treatment will be taken at the time of booking. This will be deducted from your final bill when you attend your appointment.
The deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice. If you give less than 48 hours' notice but we are able to fill the appointment, we will either refund the deposit or put it towards your next appointment. The deposit will also be fully refunded if a service or treatment is unsuitable for you or cannot be provided for any reason.
In the case of a late cancellation or no-show, we will retain an amount that genuinely reflects the loss we have incurred.
KEEPING TO TIME
If you are running late, we will do our best to fit you in, but please be aware we may not be able to provide the full service or treatment.
