Kathryn has worked in the beauty industry for over 30 years, both in the UK and overseas.

With more than two decades of experience teaching beauty therapy, she has found it a real privilege to guide and support others as they begin their careers in the industry.

Passionate about skincare, Kathryn was thrilled to recently introduce the Skin Rocks range to the salon.

Since taking ownership of the salon in November, she has enjoyed meeting clients and building a skilled, professional team. Kathryn looks forward to welcoming both new and returning clients to experience all that the salon has to offer.

Mark has been a hairdresser since 1983 and spent 28 years working in London for an award-winning international brand. Holding a prestigious L’Oréal Colour Degree, Mark excels at creating total looks tailored to individual needs. A great listener and passionate about his craft, he believes that exceptional service is key.

Mark joined Serenity in 2019 and specializes in colour corrections, balayage, fashion colours, and colour changes. He also excels in cutting and styling.

Lia joined Serenity in 2016, completing her apprenticeship and becoming a passionate stylist in 2018. She has trained extensively, including courses in bleaching, barbering, and advanced colouring.

Lia was part of the Label.M session styling team, working backstage at London Fashion Week from 2020 to 2023. She loves the artistry of balayage and creating bespoke looks for her clients.

Rachel began her hairdressing journey with Serenity in 2021 and recently achieved a distinction in her Level 2 Hairdressing Diploma. She loves all aspects of hairdressing, with a passion for colour services.

Rachel is eager to continue learning and growing in her craft to bring confidence to her clients.

Beth joined Serenity in 2021, drawn by her passion for creativity in the hair industry. She loves seeing the transformation in her clients and how it boosts their confidence.

Kim has been in the beauty industry since 2011, working in luxury spas and clinics across East Sussex. A Level 3 qualified professional, Kim excels in aesthetic treatments and delivering results-driven services.

Kim provides the highest standard of care to her clients.

Leah is excited to be starting her apprenticeship with the team. Many of our clients will already recognise her from her calming shampoos and relaxing head massages.

She’s especially looking forward to learning the technical side of colouring, where her passion lies, and developing her skills in all aspects of hairdressing.

Leah enjoys getting to know new clients and loves catching up with our regulars. Eager to learn and always happy to help, Leah is a fantastic addition to the Serenity team, and we’re excited to support her as she grows in her career.

Phoebe is a junior hairstylist with a real passion for creating beautiful hair — especially when it comes to a full head of foils. She loves meeting new people, having a good chat, and making every client feel their best.

Phoebe is delighted to be part of such a talented and supportive salon team and can’t wait to welcome more clients into her chair.
